The New Forest Countryside Ltd was founded by, husband and wife team, Ben & Esther.

Every item is designed, handmade, finished and packaged by us and our family team. All our handcrafted furniture and accessories are made in Sandleheath in the heart of the New Forest, Hampshire.

OUR STORY

Ben started the company in 2020. From an engineering background and having worked as an Aerospace Engineer, Ben decided in 2013 to undertake further training in Cabinet Making and Furniture production. Having utilised these skills as a hobby in 2020 Ben took the leap to turn his dream into a reality and left the corporate world to start making furniture.

Utilising his engineering skills Ben created a small portfolio of products which proved to be an instant hit. Ben quickly expanded the range and in early 2021 introduced larger items to the range.

From the summer of 2021 Esther, Ben’s wife joined the team full time. Coming from a sales and marketing background and managing all admin as well as the finishing and logistics for the business.

2022 saw big changes for us including our 4th site expansion.

We have now launched our dedicated Trade side of the business as our restaurant, cafe and coffee shop orders have increased.

Our portfolio of products is constantly growing and we welcome bespoke and custom enquiries.
